Winkler is a small city of approximately 9,000 people located in southern Manitoba, Canada. As the largest city in the Pembina Valley, Winkler serves as a regional hub for commerce, agriculture and industry. Despite being Manitoba's eighth-largest city (as of 2001), it has been and remains one of the fastest growing cities in the province.
