AmravatiAmravati is a city in the state of Maharashtra in India. It is believed to be the city of lord Indra, the king of all gods. It has very historical temples of Goddess Ambadevi and Mahanubhava's Lord ShriKrishna Temple. Amravati is located at 20.93° N 77.75° E[1]. It has an average elevation of 343 metres (1125 feet). It lies 156 km (97 miles) west of Nagpur, and serves as the administrative center of Amravati District and of Amravati Division.
